E. Wayne Duby Bay City, Michigan Mr. Ernest Wayne Duby, of Bay City, passed away suddenly Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at McLaren Bay Region following a brief illness, age 60. The son of the late Fred and Mary (Baxley) Duby, Jr., he was born January 12, 1952 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Wayne served with the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 1976. Wayne is survived by his brothers and sisters, Penny Duby of Bay City, Rick (Stella) Duby of Flint, Danny Duby of Mt. Morris and Terri (Gary) Quick of Billings, Montana; two children, Gary Duby of Flint and Ruth Duby; four step-children; seven grandchildren; nieces and nephews; a very special friend, Brandy Streeter of Bay City; and two friends, Mary and Jay. Military Honors will conducted by the Bay County Veterans Council at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Private burial will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery.
