Edith M. Long

Mrs. Long passed away early Sunday morning at the Caring Place in Midland, Michigan. The daughter of the late Herman and Rose (Reinhardt) Jankens was born November 28, 1919 in Bay City, Michigan. She was a member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church. Mrs. Long worked for many years as the Office Manager for Dr. Neil Moore. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Sherbeck of Midland, Michigan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Anthony W. "Tony" Long. A Memorial Service will take place Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Paul E. Schweppe with private inurnment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
