Edna M. Jones

Jones, Edna M. Bay City, Michigan Edna passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Carriage House Nursing Home.The daughter of the late Ole and Ida Thorsen was born October 21, 1913 in Tioga, North Dakota. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Edna retired W.R. Knepp Department Store. Edna enjoyed gardening, being outside, sewing, knitting, crocheting. Left behind to cherish her memory are three sons, Donnie Jones; Lonnie (Barb) Jones and Richard "Butch" Jones; one daughter, Donna (Bob) Stein; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her son, Ronnie (Nancy) Jones. Private Funeral Services took place Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating was Rev. Andreas Teich with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery.
