Edward Gary Gabbe

Gabbe, Edward Gary of Bay City, Michigan passed away Tuesday evening April 24, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 69 years. He was born February 8, 1943 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. Ed was formerly employed as a janitor at the Pinconning High School, served with the United States Army, enjoyed playing bingo and fishing. On April 10, 1965 he married the former Waneta Card and she survives his passing along with one daughter and son-in-law; Christy and Billy Clutier of Bay City, one daughter-in-law; Evelyn Harpster of Detroit and four grandchildren; Aaron LaLone, Michael Gabbe, Cody Clutier and Autumn Clutier. He was preceded in death by his parents; Edward and Agnes (O'Dell) Gabbe and two sons; Gary and David Gabbe. Funeral Services will take place Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson followed by Military Honor's Conducted by the Bay County Veterans Council in Garfield Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. Memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
