Edward William Feldt "Mr. Ed" Bay City, Michigan Mr. Ed passed away unexpectedly Wednesday October 26, 2016 at his residence at Shady Rest Mobile Home Park in Bay City. Age 86 years. He was born January 14, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan and has resided in Bay City most of his life. Ed proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired from General Motors - Bay City plant as a painter after many years of service. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed a trip to the casino, rides up north and most of all the time he spent with many friends at the club house having coffee. He is survived by his extended family; Joseph J. and Diana M. Newbauer of Bay City, Carson and Michelle Newbauer of Saginaw, Kristopher Newbauer of Chicago, Nathan and Summer Kaiser of Butler, IN, Austyn Newbauer, Leary Kaiser, Lilly Kaiser, Autum Kaiser and Angel Trenarry and many special longtime friends. He was preceded in death by his companion Betts. Military Honors will be conducted Saturday November 19, 2016 by members of the United States Army and the Bay County Veterans Council at 2:00 p.m. at the Club House at Shady Rest Mobile Home Park 2612 E. Shod Bay City, MI 48706 followed by a Memorial Service. Officiating will be Rev. Karl Griffith Pastor of Reese Baptist Church with private Inurnment in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Family and friends will gather at the Club House on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to Reese Baptist Church.
