Mr. Storrs passed away February 8, 2016 at his residence. The son of the late George and Grace (Brady) Storrs was born June 1, 1935 in Flint, Michigan. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Mr. Storrs retired as a Registered Pharmacist from Kmart. He was a member of the Vienna Masonic Lodge #205 and the Elf Khurafeh Shrine. Spending time with family was a very important part of his life. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, baseball, blooper ball, watching sports, attending his children and grandchildren's sporting events and was a member of the Golden Years Senior Group. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife the former Judy M. Price whom he married September 2, 1961; one son, Jeff (Kim Foster) Storrs; one daughter, Lisa (Mark) Pijaszek; his grandchildren, Leah (her fiancée Graham Fisher); Adam (Whitney Sharrow); Gabrielle and Benjamin, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Linda Storrs; Eldona Storrs and Jacquie Storrs; Pam (Ron) Owens; Lonnie (Diana) Price and Rod Price; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by three brothers, George, Robert and Theodore Storrs and one sister, Elaine Clark. The family would like to thank Dr. Tubman, Dr. Joseph, Home Hospice Advantage, Vicky, Pastor Jeff, Devri, Kathy, Karla, Jena and Collette for the kind and compassionate care our loved one received. Funeral Services will take place Friday, February 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church. Officiating will be Pastor Jeff Temple with interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery followed by Military Honors conducted by the Bay County Veterans Council. The family will be present at the funeral home on Thursday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mr. Storrs will lie in state at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
