Elizabeth "Bettie" C. Heath

Miss Heath passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Masonic Pathways in Alma, Michigan where she has resided for the past 27 years. Age 92 years. The daughter of the late Frank and Norah Heath was born October 7, 1926 in Bay City, Michigan. Miss Heath was a lifelong member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church, formerly Grace Church; she graduated from Central Michigan College of Education (CMU) in 1950 and later received her master's degree in education from the University of Michigan. She taught for 31 years in the Bay City school system and for three years in Venezuela, South America before retiring in 1984.

Miss Heath is survived by two nieces, JN Heath and Joanne V. Heath from California. In addition to her parents Miss Heath was preceded in death by her brother, Wilfred J. (Red) Heath.

At the request of Miss Heath cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Masonic Pathways - Doig Chapel, 1200 Wright Ave., Alma, MI  48801.
