Our little angel, Evelyn Patricia Legacy, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and is now safely in the arms of Jesus. Evelyn was born on March 24, 2015 in Midland.
Evelyn will be greatly missed by her mother, Sarah Ann Legacy of Midland; her grandparents, Joseph M. and Ann M. Legacy of Rhodes; her uncle, Joseph C. Legacy (Kylie Anderson); her great-grandfather, Raymond G. Gauthier, Sr.; and many loving great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins. Evelyn was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Patricia Ann Gauthier and Clifford and Mary Legacy.
A Memorial Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Mary Ann Helie.  Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
