Fay M. Buzzard

Mrs. Fay M. Buzzard, of Bay City, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, July 17, 2015 at her residence, age 75. The daughter of the late Adolph George and Delila (Zimmer) Betzold, she was born on November 8, 1939 in Bay City. Fay graduated from Wenona Adult Education. She enjoyed playing cards and reading, but most of all loved spending time with her granddaughters.
Fay is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Robert Quinn of Bay City; her beloved granddaughters, Ashley and Autumn Quinn; four sisters-in-law, Sandy Betzold, Onley May Betzold, Pat Betzold and Carol Betzold; and a special family member, Debra Blakely.
Besides her parents, Fay was also preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Buzzard; her son, Anthony Buzzard; her sister, Doris (Louis) Hepner; and her seven brothers, Adolph Betzold, Jack Betzold, Donald Betzold, Ronald (Kathy) Betzold, Robert (Marie) Betzold, Ray Betzold and Andrew Joseph (Dorothy) Betzold.
It was Fay's desire for cremation to take place. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church.  The Celebrant will be The Rev. Sharon L. Voelker.  Inurnment will be in Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Kawkawlin. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.  For those who so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
