Frances K. Ball

Mrs. Ball passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Symphony Tri-Cities at the age of 97. The daughter of the late Walter and Cecelia (Prill) Cieslinski was born October 22, 1923 in Fisherville, Michigan. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish and the U.A.W. #362. Mrs. Ball retired from G.M. Powertrain, was an avid card player and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Mrs. Ball is survived by her Three children, Colleen L. (Jeffrey) VanRiper, Keith C. Ball and Rick A. Ball; six grandchildren, Christina, Rebecca, Kara, Steven, Kristopher and Erika, many great grandchildren; one brother, Henry Cieslinski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Ball; daughter, Renee M. Powers; four brothers, Ben Cieslinski, Louis Cieslinski, Edmond Cieslinski, Floyd Cieslinski; two sisters; Virginia Jacques and Clara Cieslinski; sisters-in-law, Alice, Dolores, Barb and Carol Cieslinski.
