Frances L. Conn

Frances passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Samaritas Senior Living at the age of 92 years. She was born on September 20, 1926 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Russell and Violet (Harroun) Hickson. She married Dale M. Conn on March 6, 1946 and he preceded her in death. Dale and Frances were longtime proprietors of Conn's IGA grocery store in Linwood. Frances had many hobbies and loved to paint china.
Frances is survived by her children, Kathy Cull, Susan Majchrzak, Paul (Darlene) Conn; grandchildren, Megan (Michelle) Lane-Cull, Dana (David) Miller, Paige Cull (Dawn Miller), Holly (John) Ritter, Andrea Majchrzak, Tracy (Rich) Robertson, Eric (Christy) Conn, Kimberly (Mark) Jebb, Lynn (Tom) Wittman, Carrie Herek; great grandchildren, Evan and Brady Lane-Cull, Andrew, Alexander and Lauren Miller, Tristan, Madison and Jordan Champalou, Alexzandria Ritter, Nicholas Sivik and Landon Cross, Anden Robertson, Chase Robertson, Boston Conn, Hudson Conn, Alexandria Conn, Jacob Jebb, MacKenzie Jebb, Mitchell Jebb, Gibson Sharp, Lauren Wittman and Cate Wittman; sisters, JoAnne Lawson, Gayle Rugenstein and Karen Kraft; brother, Russell Hickson and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her grandson, Michael Majchrzak and sister, Glee Fairholm.
Funeral and Committal services will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Chaplain Ron Compton with private burial in Eastlawn Cemetery, Saginaw, Michigan. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
