Frank D. Fulco Jr. "Don" Bay City, Michigan Mr. Fulco passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 75 years. The son of the late Frank D. and Elizabeth Marie (Parker) Fulco Sr. was born February 8, 1942 in Bay City, Michigan. Don enjoyed making jewelry, collecting angels, lottery, playing poker and cooking, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Fulco is survived by his wife, Louise E. Fulco; seven children, Elizabeth "Beth" Ann Stewart, Tammy Jean (Russell) Lohr, Todd Alan Fulco, Scott Patrick (Chris) Fulco, Frank Dominic Fulco III, Robert Vincent Fulco and Ernest Thomas Fulco; three stepchildren, Rebecca (Rick) Grabowski, Katelyn (Brandon) Witkop and Kristopher Parker; fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother, Thomas (Kathy) Fulco; one sister, Ruthmary "Ruthie" (Jerry L.) Coleman; one brother-in-law, Sylvester "Pete" Rasmer; two former wives, Beverly Jo Norling and Yolanda Galan. In addition to his parents Mr. Fulco was also preceded in death by one sister, Anna Marie Rasmer. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the physical therapy department at Bay Shores for the special care they gave to my husband. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish-St. Stanislaus Church. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Richard M. Filary with the Rite of Committal following in Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday, May 4, 2017 to receive family and friends from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Fulco will be taken to the church on Friday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to the wishes of the family.
