Frederick G. Neveau

Neveau, Frederick, G. "Fred' Bay City, Michigan Fred passed away Thursday afternoon October 24, 2013 at his residence at the age of 67. The son of the late Floyd and Donna (Buck) Neveau was born July 19, 1946 in Bay City. He retired from G.M. Powertrain Bay City Plant. Fred was an avid fisherman, farmer and hunter, had a great love for the outdoors, enjoyed every moment with his grandchildren, besides the love of his family and his dog Lucy he also loved his Slurpees and Busch Light Beer. He is survived by his wife Bonnie A. (Batzlaff) Neveau whom he married on August 13, 1966, three children and their spouses; Jody and Timothy Powell, Todd Neveau, Mark and Amy Neveau, his grandchildren; Allysa Neveau, Todd Begley, Kayla Neveau, Aaron LaLonde, Brandon Neveau, Zachary Neveau Abigail Neveau and Jacob Neveau, his sisters and brothers; Delores Gendron, Donna (Richard) Precour, Lorraine (Norm) Roth, Robert (Carol) Neveau, James (Ellen) Neveau, Carl (Karen) Neveau, many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by, his brothers and sisters; Willard "Bill" Neveau, Marcella McPherson, Diantha Schuchardt, Roseanell Gillisse, Tom, Aldwidge, Lynn, Jack, Frank, Floyd and Eva Neveau, Ruth Roth and Iva Roth. At the request of Fred cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place Monday, October 28, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. conducting the service will be family friend Pete Avery. The family will be present at the funeral home on Sunday to receive family friends from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial cards for Wishes of the Family will be available at the funeral home.
