Gail Marie Westenburg

Gail passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 53 years. She was born in Bay City on September 6, 1965 to Gerald and Norma (Marquardt) Hadd. Gail was employed as a pharmacy technician at Southside Pharmacy and previously employed at Rite Aid Pharmacy. In her spare time she enjoyed cross stitching, traveling, camping, gaming on her computer and phone and most of all playing with her grandson.
Gail is survived by her daughter, Desirae Hadd; grandson, Christopher Hadd-Fetterhoff; mother, Norma Kimbrue; father, Gerald Hadd; sisters, Cindy Hadd and Kara (Ron) Messbarger; brother, Benjamin Hadd; many nieces and nephews including her special niece, Lucinda Hadd and special nephew, Brandon Lumsden and his daughter, Samantha; special cousin, Vicki (Eric) Faustin and son Travis. Gail was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin and Gloria Marquardt, Hazel McQuarter and Thomas Hadd and special aunt, Loretta Adams.
Funeral and Committal service will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Kellie French with cremation to take place following the service. Friends may visit with the family at the Gephart Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
