Gary Joseph Petrimoulx passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, June 18, 2017 surrounded by family and loved ones. The son of the late Virgil and Florence (Rabidoux) Petrimoulx was born August 24, 1942 in Bay City, Michigan. Age 74 years. Gary served five years in the U.S. Navy and worked for General Motors for 30 years. Gary is most loved and remembered for the special times that the family spent up north at his cabin in Barton City on Jewel Lake. This place is the cornerstone of the strong relationships of his family and holds many special memories for everyone. He is loved and will always be remembered. Mr. Petrimoulx is survived by his siblings, Sharon (Jim) Turmell, Diane Breitag and Al Janowiak, Mark (Becky) Petrimoulx, Debbie (Tom) Voss, Dan Petrimoulx, Mary Sue (Mike) Arnold and Nanette (Greg) Lasco; many nieces, nephews, great nephews and great nieces. In addition to his parents Gary was also preceded in death by his close companion, Virginia Rawluszki. At the request of Mr. Petrimoulx cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Calvary Cemetery Chapel. Officiating will be Mary Ann Helie followed by Military Honors conducted by the Bay County Veterans Council and the U.S. Navy. Friends may call at the Calvary Cemetery on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services.
