George J. Underwood

George passed away April 11, 2012 at the Laurel's of Mt. Pleasant. He was born October 18, 1930 in Mayes County, OK. George enjoyed playing horseshoes and fishing. He served in the U.S. Army during W.W. II. and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign War. He is survived by his wife; Diane Smith Underwood, his son; Gene Allen (Danette) Underwood, his grandchildren, his step-children and several nieces and nephews. At the request of George cremation has taken place and there will be no services or visitation at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.
