Gerald C. "Prince" Reinhardt

Gerald passed away on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Huron Woods Nursing Home in Kawkawlin. Age 78. The Son of the late Ernest and Lucy (Savage) Reinhardt was born June 28, 1940 in Kawkawlin. He retired as an equipment operator for Dore and Associates and was a member of the Operators Local # 320. Gerald liked collecting and working on farm tractors, he loved cutting grass, he loved his Coca-Cola and hanging out at local restaurants visiting with family and friends. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
Left behind to cherish his memories are his children and their spouses, Lori (Tom) McMillen and Terry and Jennifer Reinhardt; his grandchildren, Larissa and Jeremy Garrison; his brothers and sisters, George Reinhardt, William Reinhardt, David (Karen) Reinhardt, Nicholas (Connie) Reinhardt, Phillip Reinhardt, Patrick Reinhardt, Eleanor Kosecki, Lucille and Cecelia Reinhardt. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brothers and sister, Robert, Donald and Larry Reinhardt and Irene Kosecki.
Funeral and Committal Services will take place on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Eric Kieb followed by Military Honor's conducted by the Bay County Veterans Council. Private inurnment will take place in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
