Gerhard Georg Kohler

Mr. Kohler passed away on February 2, 2018 at his residence. Age 75 years. The son of the late Georg Michael and Katherina Maria (Gerbert) Kohler was born June 6, 1942 in Heidelburg, Germany. He loved his Corvette and motorcycle, flat track racing, ice racing, making wine, playing cards and spending time with his many friends. He married the love of his life, Sharon Ann Smith at Zion Lutheran Church and they were married for 27 years.

Mr. Kohler is survived by his three children, Michael (Sandi) Kohler of Duncan, Oklahoma, Paul Kohler of Marlow, Oklahoma and Susanne Kohler of Marlow, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren, Jessica, Elizabeth, Melanie, Morgan, Jaden, Emma, Brook, Blair, Belisa, Sadie, Camden and Samantha; two great grandchildren, Ryder and Alecia; one brother, Ludwig (Magdelene) Kohler of Chicago, Illinois and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one sister, Elisabeth Swartz.

At the request of Mr. Kohler cremation has taken place and there will be no services at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
