Heather Renee (Novak) Martin

Heather Renee (Novak) Martin, of Bay City, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 14, 2015, age 30. She was born on November 14, 1984 in Bay City. Heather graduated from Bay Arenac Community High School and was a member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church. Heather is survived by her beloved daughter, Kayla Renee Martin and her father, Justin Martin. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, Karl and Maria Novak; her brother, Chad Novak and his special friend, Patricia Hall; her favorite aunt, June (David) Wisniewski; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Heather was preceded in death by her mother, Jerene Mary Elliott Novak; and her grandparents, Preston and Arwilda Elliott and Lorraine Heinitz. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2015 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church. Officiating will be The Rev. Sharon L. Voelker. The family will greet friends at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. For those who so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
