Helen H. Ashworth

Ashworth, Helen H. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Ashworth passed away Monday August 19, 2013 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 93 years. She was born on March 20, 1920 in Flint, Michigan. Helen was a former member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, member of N.A.M.E., the O.E.S. Chapter 219, she enjoyed miniatures, crafts and art. She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law; Franklin Ashworth of Bay City and William and Sharon Ashworth of Roscommon, three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one brother and sister-in-law; William and Irene Laing of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband; Franklin P. Ashworth and her parents; John B. and Edith (Palmer) Laing. At the request of Mrs. Ashworth Cremation has taken place and there will be no services or visitation at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Private inurnment will take place in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Memorial cards for McLaren Bay Region will be available at the funeral home.
