Helen Catherine Eberlein

Eberlein, Helen Catherine Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Eberlein calmly passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2011. Age 85 years. She was born June 7, 1925 to William and Martha Schulz of Sebewaing. On September 27, 1946, she married Robert Otto Eberlein. He predeceased her in 1995. Helen is survived by her children, Tom (Lorna) Eberlein, Linda Coyer, Larry Eberlein and Kathy (Jim) Waycaster; grandchildren, Michelle (Ben) Sprygada of Battle Creek, Jamie (Brian) Mantia of MO. and Austin (Becky) Hammack of CA.; special friend, Lee DeMitchell and eight great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Mae Gegauff, Bernice Dykes and her brother Paul (Martha) Schulz. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roland Schulz, sister-in-law, Abby Thompson and son-in-law, Gary Coyer. At the request of Mrs. Eberlein cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Faith Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Daniel C. Meckes and Rev. George W. Morris. Friends may call at the Faith Lutheran Church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of services. In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Faith Lutheran Church or Visiting Nurse Services of Michigan Hospice.
