Helga K. Doan

Doan, Helga K. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Doan passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 79 years. The daughter of the late Margret (Zahn) Suessenberger was born June 3, 1936 in Darmstadt, Germany. Mrs. Doan was retired from Bay Medical Center. She loved animals, especially her cats and dogs. Mrs. Doan also rescued many cats. Mrs. Doan is survived by her husband of sixty years, Ronald Robert Doan; four sons, Robert (Annette) Doan of Bay City, Steven (Susan) Doan of Midland, Tommy Doan of Seattle, and David (Soraida, wife of 26 years) Doan of New Mexico; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one sister, Kim Lawrence of Salt Lake City and many nieces and nephews. At the request of Mrs. Doan cremation has taken place. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
