Irene P. Doyle

Mrs. Doyle passed away Thursday, evening, April 29, 2010 at the Carriage House Nursing Home. Age 93 years. The daughter of the late Phillip and Clephire (Blackburn) La Mere was born September 15, 1916 in Bay City. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Phillip and Mary Ann Doyle of Schoolcraft and Mary Jo and Stuart Framke of Bay City, her daughter-in-law; Mary Jo Doyle of Mt. Pleasant, MI., her grandchildren; Maureen (Kent) Scharff, Lynne (Jerry VanDyke) Doyle, Paul (Alison) Doyle, Jennifer (Mark) Mayhew, Michael (Kristin) Doyle, Beth Doyle, Deanna (Jason) Knipp, Alison Framke and Stephanie Jo Framke, twelve great grandchildren and one expected in May, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband; Patrick E. Doyle, her son; Patrick Michael Doyle, three sisters; Leona LaMere, Rita Ostash, and Lorraine Reed. The family would like to extend a special Thank you to the staff of the Carriage House for the kind and compassionate care our loved one received during her time of need. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Sister Gail Addis with private interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
