Irene M. Norton

Norton, Irene M. Bay City, Michigan Irene passed away Monday evening, December 30, 2013 at Country Square Assisted Living at the age of 87 years. The daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Wiloth) Duletzke was born December 5, 1926 in Bay City. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She worked at the Mill End Store as a clerk. Irene enjoyed gardening and making birdhouses. She is survived by four sons; Larry and his special friend; Michelle, Reggie and his wife; Diane, Kim and his wife; Terri, Wayne and his wife; Deb, her grandchildren; Christopher (Stephanie) Norton, Trisha (Matt) Yurgaites, Andrea Norton, Rachelle (her special friend; Jon) Norton, Angela (Vince) Dubey, Matthew (his fiancé Sarah Fox) Norton, Heather (Brian) Bowers, Wayne ( Maryon) Norton II, Kenny (Melanie Lorae) Norton and Brandi Norton, 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers; Frederick and Edward Duletzke. Funeral and Committal Services will take place on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. William H. Allwardt with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
