Jacqueline Secor "Jean"

Jacqueline passed away Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Bay County Medical Care Facility at the age of 79 years. She was born in Bay City on December 25, 1940 to the late Edward and Doris (LaPlante) Warren. On September 23, 1961 she married Richard Secor and were married for 45 years until his passing in August of 2006. Jacqueline was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alger and worked and retired in 2008 as a librarian for Bay County. She enjoyed volunteering for the Bay City Public Schools with the Title One Program and taking part in the garden club in Forest Lake. In her spare time she enjoyed working in her yard, gardening and reading.
Jacqueline is survived by her children, Christopher (Mary), Dale (Kimberly) and Michelle Secor; grandchildren, Melyssa, Bryanna and Jack Secor; brother, Allen (June) Warren and nieces, Melody and Stacy. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Margie (James Schmidt) Phillips and nephews, Jimmy and Kevin Warren.
Memorial service will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
