James Acel Green Jr.

Green, James Acel Jr. Bay City, Michigan Mr. Green passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at his residence. Age 61 years. The son of the late James Acel and Kathleen (Rundell) Green was born March 22, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan. James attended Saginaw High School, retired as an electrician and served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Forrestal (CV-59). Mr. Green is survived by his wife the former Shelly Marie Willett whom he married March 27, 2004; four children, Chellsea Willett and her boyfriend, James Mundy, Jimmy Green IV and his fiancé, Becky Stark, Jenny (Bill) Fiebig and Tina (Jeff) Wojtowicz; five grandchildren, Alizabeth, Brianna, Benjamin, Alex and Millie; one sister, Mary (Bob) Glaser; one brother, William "Bill" Green; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kim Morris and his fiancé, Joe Grifford, Dan Willett and Darrell Willett. In addition to his parents Mr. Green was also preceded in death by one sister, Debbie Scholtz; one niece, Melisa Kukla; one sister-in-law, Pam Green; in laws, Harvey Danial and Arlene Dorothy (Stewart) Willett. Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Campbell with private interment in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of services.
