Jennie Pasternak (Kolacz)

Mrs. Jennie (Kolacz) Pasternak, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Wellspring Memory Care in Saginaw. Jennie was born on June 8, 1931 to the late Casper and Pauline (Litwin) Kolacz. Jennie was married for 62 years to Walter Pasternak who preceded her in death on November 17, 2012.
Jennie is survived by many nieces and nephews. She shared a special bond with four of her nieces; Sandy Herzberger, Kathy Wenzel, Joan Schwab and Dorothy Kaufmann, who had the privilege and opportunity to spend many hours with her, getting to know her by sharing her childhood memories, making her special treats and sharing lots of laughs. She was preceded in death by all her siblings, Edward, Walter, John, Joseph, William and Sophie Beech and their spouses.
Thank you to the staff at Wellspring Memory Care of Saginaw for their care and dedication and an extra special thank you to Denise and Evie from Americans Home Health Care Hospice for the love and care they showed Jennie. They were truly a comfort and great support to Jennie and her loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Americans Home Health Care Hospice or a charity of your choice.
Cremation will take place with burial in Fremont Cemetery in Bay City, Michigan
