Young, Jennifer A. New Bern, North Carolina Ms. Young passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 7, 2014. Age 38 years. Jen was born February 5, 1976. Jen was a loving mother who enjoyed making jewelry, reading books and spending time with her children. Jen is survived by her three children, Tatiana Sarnowski, Chelsee Sarnowski and Cody Young; her father, Daniel Diggs and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. At the request of Ms. Young cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Nancy Rivet. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday from 12:00 O' Clock Noon and until the time of services. Memorial cards for wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
