Jerome J. Sabias

Sabias, Jerome J. of Bay City, Michigan passed away early Monday morning, March 9, 2012 at Mc Laren Bay Special Care. Age 85 years. The son of the late Joseph and Martha (Pehoskie) Sabias was born May 3, 1926 in Bay City, MI. Mr. Sabias was retired from Grey Iron Foundry as a welder. He enjoyed welding and metal work, shooting and fishing. He was an avid member of the National Rifle Association and served with the U.S. Army during W.W. II. He is survived by his wife the former Helen C. Bromberg whom he married August 20, 1949. Also surviving are his children and their spouses; Michael and Mary Sabias of Saginaw, MI, Rex and Janet Sabias of Bay City, MI, Marla and Jim Bogaert of West Palm Beach, FL and Joel and Susan Sabias of Hobe Sound FL, his granddaughters and their spouses; Lisa and Brent Jezewski and Larissa and Mike Baczkiewicz, his great granddaughter; Mallory Jezewski and Caleb Jerome Baczkiewicz, his sister-in-law; Geraldine Sabias. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
