Jesse Rodriguez

Jesse Rodriguez, 89, was called home to our heavenly father on June 11, 2019. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. Jesse was born in Somerset, Texas on April 27, 1930 to the late Francisco and Rebecca Rodriguez. Jesse served his country in the U.S. Army, was retired from the Dow Chemical Co. and enjoyed hunting with his boys.

Jesse leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Connie, whom he married on June 7, 1969; two sons, Samuel Rodriguez and Daniel (Debra) Rodriguez; one daughter, Dinah (John) Katt; five grandchildren, Danny Rodriguez, Jesse (Katie) Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Samantha and Rebecca Rodriguez; two great grandchildren, Ashtyn and Mackenzie Rodriguez. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Nanette Rodriguez and his grandson, Adam Rodriguez.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Pastor Sue Nykamp with military honors conducted by the Bay County Veterans Council. Private interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions for the American Cancer Society or Paws with a Cause will be available at the funeral home.
