Solinski, Jewell D. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Solinski passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Heartland Health Care Center-Hampton. Age 85 years. The daughter of the late Willie and Elsie (Ashburn) Looper was born January 4, 1930 in Overton County, Tennessee. At the request of Mrs. Solinski cremation has taken place and there will be no services or viewing at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.
