Jill J. Ferrio

Jill “Jilly” Ferrio, 67 of Bay City, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, In Bay City with her family by her side. Jilly was born on March 5, 1957, in Bay City, Michigan to Elmer and Marion Lisius. She was known for her outgoing personality and willingness to always help others. Jilly had a fulfilling career, dedicating 10 years to Stalker Corp (TES in later years) and over 25 years to Trinity Lutheran School. Jilly was a devout member of St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church and Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and cherished those moments.

Jilly is survived by her husband, Allan Ferrio; sons, Seth Ferrio and Noah Ferrio; daughters-in-law, Aleatha Ferrio and Chantel Ferrio, grandsons, David, Abraham, Benjamin, Alex, and Landon; brothers, Alan (Marie) Lisius, Tim Lisius and many nieces and nephews. Jilly is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Marion Lisius; sister, Gail Lisius Gornto; and sister, Beth Loop.

A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Pankow. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home and on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church or to Trinity Ev. Lutheran School.
