John B. Campbell

John Passed away on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 85 years. The son of the late Burton and Ida Mae Campbell was born on April 21, 1932 in Bay City. John proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He retired from The United States Post Office as a letter carrier after many years. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and watching the Detroit Tigers.

He is survived by his wife, the former Phillis (Rosecrans) Campbell; son, Eric (Christine) Campbell; three grandchildren, Kevin, Kayla and Sarah Campbell; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Sally Campbell and three sisters; Ida, Elizabeth and Ellen.
