John L. Simons

Simons, John L. Bay City, Michigan Mr. Simons passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014. Age 78 years. The son of the late Arthur and Marian (McCreery) Simons was born May 2, 1936 in Bay City, Michigan. Mr. Simons was a home builder and the owner of J.L. Simons Construction. Mr. Simons is survived by one son, John (Patty) Simons of Katy, TX; one daughter, Jennifer Elmer; three grandchildren, Chris Jackson, Connor Simons and Isabelle Simons; one brother, Tom Simons of Bay City and one niece, Tanya Simons. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one grandson, Nicholas Jackson and one brother, Arthur Simons. At the request of Mr. Simons cremation has taken place and there will be no viewing or services at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial to the wishes of the family.
