John R. Soderquist
John passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 73. He was born June 7, 1944 in Bay City. He graduated in 1966 with a Bachelor's Degree in 1966 from the University of Michigan. He loved model trains, his plants and birds. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Elaine Soderquist; one brother, David Soderquist; his niece and great nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Soderquist; his brother, Richard Soderquist; his uncle, Robert J. Reigel.
At John's request cremation has taken place and no services are being planned. Private inurnment will take place in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider donations to the Mycenae Foundation.
