Joyce A. Goyett

Mrs. Goyett passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Bay Shores Nursing Care Center. Age 85 years. The daughter of the late Wilbert and Emma (Fischer) Richter was born May 20, 1933 in Monitor Township, Michigan. Mrs. Goyett was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and was retired from Kuhlman Electric Co. She was a member of the church choir and enjoyed gardening and crafts.

Mrs. Goyett is survived by one son, Jeffery Goyett; one grandson, Cameron Goyett; two sisters, Emilie Sinicki and Kay Krager and her best friend, Starlow Smith. In addition to her parents Mrs. Goyett was also preceded in death by her husband, John H. Goyett; one granddaughter, Christina Goyett and two brothers-in-law, Larry Krager and Don Sinicki.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Steve Schilke with private interment following in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for Zion Lutheran Church will be available at the funeral home.
