Judith Ann Phelan

Judith Ann Phelan passed away on Saturday, June 29 at McLaren Hospital in Flint, Michigan. Age 78 Years. Judith was born in Bay City, Michigan to the late Earl Patrick and Martha (Dominowski) Ferguson and was raised by her father Frank Jajo. Judith enjoyed cooking, gardening, shopping and spending time with her family and her cats.

Judith is survived by her four children, Robert Kulka Jr., William Kulka, Mary and husband William Roleson and Sean Phelan; uncle, Eugene Dominowski; three cousins, Lucille Tarkowski, Laurie Tarkowski and Thomas Dominowski; two grandchildren, Katie and Kyle Roleson. In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years Michael Phelan.

At the request of Judith, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Richard Filary. Friends may visit at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
