Judy Kay Tacey

Judy Kay Tacey Bay City, Michigan Our loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at her home with her family at her side. Age 69 years. She was born November 20, 1946 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. Judy graduated from Bay City Central High School, Bayshire Beauty Academy and was a licensed beautician. She had a great love for children, was known as "Grandma" to many and most of all she enjoyed spending time at her home. On June 15, 1990 she married her husband of 27 years Gregory Michael Tacey in their home and he is left to cherish her memories along with two sons and one daughter-in-law; Bill and Jennifer Vanderpool and Brian Vanderpool, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, three sisters and three brothers-in-law; Patricia and Jack Tackbury, Sandra and John Johnston and Kathleen and Dennis Spiekerman, one sister-in-law; Mary Bell and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Donald and Marie (Maxwell) Bell, one brother; Rev. Donald Bell Jr. and her grandparents; Joseph and Mabel Ross and Ira and Sadie Bell. At the request of Judy cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to the "Wishes of the Family".
