June Paula Geiersbach

Mrs. Geiersbach passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at her residence. Age 85 years. The daughter of the late William and Mary (Timlick) Loge was born June 5, 1933 in Bay City, Michigan. Mrs. Geiersbach was an active member of the First Church of the Nazarene for over 70 years, she was retired from Knepps Department Store and enjoyed bowling, reading, shopping and baking.

Mrs. Geiersbach is survived by her husband, John D. Geiersbach whom she married on June 16, 1951; five children, Diane Lynn (Dennis) Sinicki, John Michael (Laurie) Geiersbach, Dan Wayne (Mikki) Geiersbach, Susan Kay (Kurt) Lambert and Amy Jean (Rick) Ballor; 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; two sisters, Norma Rumble and Kay (Walter) Mosher; one brother, William Loge and seven brothers and sisters-in-law. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, LeRoy Rumble and her sister-in-law, Karen Loge.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the First Church of the Nazarene. Officiating will be Pastor Mike Rhodabarger with private interment following in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial cards for the First Church of the Nazarene will be available at the funeral home.
