June R. Wisniewski

June R. Wisniewski, 54, of Essexville, MI. The beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend unexpectedly passed away on November 27th, 2016 while visiting her family in Virginia. June R. (Elliott) Wisniewski was born on February 4th, 1962 to the late Preston Elliott and Arwilda (McPherson) Elliott of Essexville. She graduated from Bay City Central High School in 1980, and went on to further her education at Central Michigan University where she joined the sorority Alpha Sigma Alpha. June had a love for photography at a young age and went on to freelance for events and special occasions. On December 30th, 1989 she married the love of her life David Wisniewski at St. Albans Episcopal Church, Bay City, MI. Along with photography, June had many interests such as gardening, making necklaces and rosaries, and finding new things to do and see. She enjoyed spending time with her large and extended family, her many friends, and especially with her grandson David. June devoted her life to God, helping others, and her love of Chesapeake bay retrievers; caring for as many as she could. June is survived by her husband David Wisniewski; daughters Alexis (Devin Ortner) and Courtney Wisniewski; grandson David Ortner; siblings Janice Parks, Norma (Robert Panzner), Maxine (Arthur Field), Dale Elliott, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Preston and Arwilda Elliott; sister Jerene (Elliott) Novak; nephew Kurt Panzner and niece Heather (Novak) Martin. A memorial service to celebrate the life of June R. Wisniewski will be held at St. Albans Episcopal Church, Bay City, MI on December 17th, 2016 @ 1100.
