Kenneth E. Morgan

Ken passed away at his residence with his family by his side. Age 69 years. The son of the late Edward and Evelyn (Beeckman) Morgan was born July 21, 1946 in Bay City. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish-St. Maria Goretti Church. Ken retired from GM Powertrain-Bay City Plant. He was a member of Local #362, he enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing and playing bingo. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves during Vietnam. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife the former Dawn M. Douponce whom he married November 4, 1967; his children, Jennifer (Chris) Elizalde and Janelle Morgan; two brothers, John (Barb) Morgan; Gerald (Judy) Morgan; his sister-in-law, Catherine Lee; his brother-in-law, Charles "Chuck" Pickelmann, his brother-in-law, Thomas (Billie Jo) Douponce; his sister-in-law; Gina Douponce; several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Morgan; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Shirley Pickelmann and Patricia and Donald Leser and Richard Douponce. At the request of Ken cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service is being planned for a later date.
