Larry F. Kober

Mr. Kober passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Toni and Trish House. Age 74 years. The son of the late Fred and Ardith (Taylor) Kober was born March 5, 1943 in Bay City, Michigan. On July 7, 1979 he married his wife Nancy and she preceded him in death on May 9, 2017. Mr. Kober was a member of Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great granddaughter.

Mr. Kober is survived by his three children, Dawn Keast, Leslie Heintskill and Marc (Jenna) Kober; two step children, Karibeth (Eric) Gakstatter and Troy Swantek (Jarrod Reyes); eight grandchildren, Sarah and Tyler Keast, Jessica (Andrew) Atwood, Amilynn and Marc Kober, Luke Kober, Erica and Kellsie Gakstatter; great granddaughter, Hazelle Grace Atwood; two brothers, Mike (Sue) Kober and Fred (Dawn) Kober; one sister, Linda Austin and many nieces and nephews.

At the request of Mr. Kober cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2017 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Steven Korth. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church or the Toni and Trish House will be available at the funeral home.
