Leonard R. Leppek age 85, passed away May 7, 2020 at his home. He was born April 26, 1935 in Bay City to the late Edward Sr. and Antonette (Graczyk) Leppek. Leonard served in the U.S. Army and worked at GM Bay City Powertrain for 42 years. He also worked at Monitor Sugar for over 25 years. He was co-owner of Quizno's in Bay City. Leonard was an avid Detroit Tigers fan, loved playing baseball, bowling, and enjoyed taking trips to the casino.
On September 17th, 1960, Leonard married Joyce Bolduc at St. James Church in Bay City. He was a member of St. Hyacinth Church.
Besides his parents Edward and Antonette, he was preceded in death by his wife Joyce, daughter Connie (Larry Malace II), three sisters and two brothers: Marie (Anthony) Piasecki, Geraldine (Arthur) Borucki, Christine (L.J.) Snyder, Edward (Marie) Leppek, Richard (Dolores) Leppek, Jim Leppek.
He leaves behind 3 sons: Kenneth (Patricia), Daniel, Michael (Sarah), son-in-law Larry Malace II, 5 very special grandchildren; Larry and Courtney Malace, Madeline, Elizabeth, and Benjamin Leppek and sister in-law, Dolores Leppek.
