LeRoy Lawrence Sebald

LeRoy passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at his residence at the age of 89 years. LeRoy was born on August 20, 1931 in Bay City and was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged. During the Korean War he received the Bronze Star and Silver Star with the V. LeRoy married Mary Ann Dziurka and she passed away on June 17, 1996. He married Sally Hasso and she passed away on March 30, 2018. LeRoy worked and retired from Dow Chemical after many years and in his spare time enjoyed coaching softball, casino trips and traveling.

LeRoy is survived by his children, Robert (Suzanne), Gary (Mary), Ann Marie (Steve) Doan and William (Jill); daughter-in-law, Deanne; grandchildren, Jason, Heather (Eric), Brandon, Stacie (Troy), Jamie (Ben), Christopher (Mari), Matthew (Jennifer), Erin (Brian), Bradfield, Mallory and Maddison; great grandchildren, Laila, Damon, Gage, Kaylee, Finn, Anna, Claire, Kayleigh, Mary, Scott, Olivia, Brynlee and Briar; sister-in-law, Pat Dziurka. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Tracey; wives; son, Michael; brother, Richard and sister, Delores.

Private family services have taken place with private burial. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to make a memorial contribution to the wishes of the family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sally's children for the care they gave to LeRoy.
