Linda D. Grooms

Linda D. Grooms, of Auburn, passed away Tuesday evening October 18, 2011 at Bay Regional Medical Center, age 63. The daughter of the late Albert & Bertha (Case) Austin, she was born July 11, 1948 in Bay City. Linda is survived by her two sons, Christopher Killey and Jason Killey both of Bay City; granddaughter, Shianna Killey; her special friend, Ken Rooney of Auburn; a sister, Bettie (Bob) Turland of Alma; and several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents, Linda was also preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Killey; four brothers, Gordon, William, Clifford and Carl Austin; and a sister, Janet Crooks. A memorial service will take place at 2:00pm on Saturday October 29, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Bay City. Private inurnment will be in Floral Gardens Cemetery.
