Linda J. Phelps

Linda J. Phelps, of Stillwater, OK and formerly of Bay City, passed away Wednesday morning August 11, 2010 at her home in Stillwater after battling a long illness, age 59. She was born February 17, 1951. Linda loved spending time with her grandchildren, bingo, going to the casino and Christmas time. She spent her life unselfishly caring for others. Linda was married to Francis Henry 'Butch' Phelps until his passing on April 19, 2003. She is survived by her daughters, Lena & Nick Tovey and Kristy Phelps; grandchildren, Shawn, Kyle, Keyanna and Cyrus; a brother, Glenn Trew; two sisters, Cathy Powell and Robin & Al Blankenship; and many nieces & nephews. Linda's sense of humor and selfless love for others will be greatly missed. Per Linda's request, she will be laid to rest in Stillwater, OK and there will be no local services.
