Lorraine Ann Lowe

Mrs. Lorraine Ann Lowe, of Bay City, passed away Friday afternoon, May 1, 2015 at the Cartwright Care Center in Saginaw Twp., age 70 years. The daughter of the late Roy and Bernice (Setlak) Raymond, she was born on April 15, 1945 in Bay City. Lorraine is survived by a brother, Eugene Raymond; two sisters, Marlene Fritz and Betty Bliss; and several nieces, nephews and friends. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lowe.
