Bumgarner, Margaret Rita Linwood, Michigan Mrs. Bumgarner passed away Sunday morning October 20, 2013 at The Carriage House of Bay City. Age 89 years. She was born March 31, 1924 in Pinconning, Michigan to the late Paul and Agnes (Guerin) DeHate. Margaret was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Linwood and was formerly employed at the United States Post Office. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed crocheting, needle work and was an outstanding seamstress. She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law; Mary Bumgarner and Janet and Norman Stone of Norvell, MI, five grandchildren; Amanda Stone, Jessie Rodak, Samantha Rodak, Julie Makhoul and Marrissa Bumgarner, three great grandchildren; Allison, Zjulida and Caezar, her twin sister; Marcella Ambroziak and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Burdette Bumgarner on September 25, 1979, one daughter and son-in-law; Beverly and Walter Rodak, one granddaughter; Tammy Rodak and her brothers and sisters. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church in Linwood with Rev. Fr. T.J. Fleming and Deacon Michael Arnold presiding. Interment will take place at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. The family will be present at the church on Wednesday to receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of Mass.
