Margie M. Phillips

Margie passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 30, 2016 at her residence. The daughter of the late Edward and Doris (LaPlant) Warren was born December 27, 1959 in Bay City. Margie was currently employed at Anderson Eye in Saginaw. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, loved watching the birds, enjoyed going up north to the cabin and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Clinton D. Phillips whom she married August 25, 2000; two daughters; Melody Bradbury and Stacy Schmidt; two step-daughters, Carol Marie Hill and Michelle (Matthew) Nave; two step-sons; Clinton Phillips Jr. and Brian Phillips; five grandchildren Michael, Austin, Jasmine, Raymond and Noah; one sister, Jean Secor; one brother; Allen (June) Warren; her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband, James Schmidt; two nephews; Jim and Kevin Warren. At the request of Margie cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Jeff Temple. The family will be present at the church on Saturday to receive family and friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
