Marian N. (Siefert) Ulman passed away Friday, April 4, 2014 at age 91 years.  Born on September 12, 1922 in Grand Rapids, MI; preceded in death by parents Herbert and Vera (Wood) Siefert.
On October 19, 1946 she married her husband Clair B. Ulman who preceded her in death in 1977.  Surviving are their children; William and Nancy Ulman, Linda and Harold Perry, Herbert and Nancy Ulman, and Irene and Thomas Dinauer; three brothers and sister-in-law;  Donald, Albert, Allen and Joyce Siefert and many nephews and nieces.  She was preceded in death by grandson, Michael and brother; Frederick and sisters-in-law;  Fern, Josephine, and Belle.
Marian was passionate about her flower garden, bird watching, crocheting and embroidering, but nothing meant more to her than each of her eight grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and one more on the way.
Marian's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Rajesh Dandamudi, New Hope Valley Assisted Living and to Southern Care Hospice for the compassion and care provided.
Marian leaves behind a most precious gift, donating her body to the University of Michigan Medical Center to enhance education giving quality of life to others. In loving memory of Marian, do a random act of kindness for someone you don't know.
A Memorial Service will take place Wednesday evening April 9, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.  Officiating will be Rev. Donald L. Killey.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
